Sun Oven

At the top of my list of sustainable cookers is the solar oven. Fuel to heat the oven is free and in unlimited supply. Operating a solar oven generates no pollution or waste products. How does this work? The oven is an insulated box with a transparent lid. The sun is concentrated using metal reflectors and the food is placed inside this heated box for cooking.
